Mortgage Hunters: Mortgage rates at their lowest in five months!
This just in: mortgage rates nationally on a 30 year fixed mortgage average 6.23%, their lowest rate since the middle of May. That was corroborated locally by my friend Gregory Northrop, a lender at Northern Star Bank in Mankato, who put the rate just a bit highter.
